The Glenallachie Distillery is situated at the foot of Ben Rinnes, in the heart of the Speyside region of Scotland. As one of Scotland’s few independently owned and operated distilleries, it is currently led by industry legend Billy Walker, who boasts over 50 years of experience in the whisky world.

When Billy Walker acquired the distillery in October 2017, he discovered a vast inventory of aged spirits dating back to the 1970s. Utilizing these stocks, he has produced whiskies of exceptional quality, establishing Glenallachie as a beloved brand among enthusiasts.

The Glenallachie 18 Year Old is matured in high-quality oak casks and bottled only when the spirit is judged to have reached its absolute peak. Presented with its natural color and without chill-filtration, this expression beautifully harmonizes notes of heather honey and mocha. The nose offers aromas of toffee, cinnamon, vanilla bean, and cherry. On the palate, flavors of marzipan—a confection of almond meal and sugar—and dark chocolate burst forward, followed by a lingering finish of wild honey, maraschino cherry, and buttercream.
