Provenance Blair Athol 10 Year Old – Kim Yeseul Art Series Limited Edition

The Provenance Blair Athol 10 Year Old – Kim Yeseul Art Series is a special limited-edition release from independent bottler Douglas Laing, combining the character of a carefully selected single cask whisky with the distinctive artwork of Korean artist Kim Yeseul.

Distilled in 2011 at the renowned Blair Athol Distillery and matured for ten years in a sherry butt, this whisky was bottled in 2022 at a robust 56.8% ABV. The influence of the sherry cask brings depth, richness, and complexity, while the high bottling strength preserves the whisky’s natural intensity and texture.

On the nose, aromas of coffee, ripe persimmon, caramel, and oak create a warm and inviting introduction. The palate develops with layers of milk chocolate, clove, cinnamon, and subtle wine-like richness, delivering both sweetness and spice in harmonious balance. The finish lingers with notes of nutmeg, seasoned oak, and vanilla, leaving a long and satisfying impression.

Combining collectible artwork with a characterful sherry-matured Highland whisky, this limited-edition release offers both visual appeal and a rewarding tasting experience for whisky enthusiasts and collectors alike.
