The Glenallachie Distillery is situated at the foot of Ben Rinnes, in the heart of the Speyside region of Scotland. As one of Scotland’s few independently owned and operated distilleries, it is currently led by industry legend Billy Walker, who boasts over 50 years of experience in the whisky world.

When Billy Walker acquired the distillery in October 2017, he discovered a vast inventory of aged spirits dating back to the 1970s. Utilizing these stocks, he has produced whiskies of exceptional quality, establishing Glenallachie as a beloved brand among enthusiasts.

The Glenallachie 11 Year Old Tawny Port Wood Finish is a single malt specifically released for the Asian market, bottled at a cask strength of 54.8% ABV. The Glenallachie Wood Finish series consists of expressions that truly embody the wonders of cask maturation. This particular 11-year-old release was initially matured in American oak casks before being finished in Tawny Port casks. This combination results in a vibrant, deep color and a harmonious delivery of ripe berries, delicate rose petals, and sweet spice notes.
